No title or exclusive license is granted in the purchase of contact information.
Delivery
The contact information you purchase will be delivered to you (Buyer) by email from [email protected]. You warrant to Seller that you can receive such an email from that address and that delivery will not be impeded by any technical limitations or malfunctions, including by any email filtering such as by a spam filter. The contact information you purchase will also be delivered to you via your web browser. You warrant to Seller that you are able to take delivery via your web browser and that delivery will not be impeded by any technical limitations or malfunctions. You expressly waive all claims related to any alleged failure of delivery.
Automated Communication to Buyers
You agree to use no automated means or method in issuing a message to or otherwise communicating with any email address or phone number you recieve from Website Operator.

Users are matched with your ask based on specified make, model, requested discount, and nearest city. As to nearest city, matches may encompass the same city specified by you and the user or another city specified by the user that is usually within less than half a day's round-trip driving distance from the city you selected or less than half a day's driving distance from a major airport hub.
Buyer Warranty
As to discounts, you warrant that you will offer to the user his specified discounton the specified make, model, and vintage of car or truck, as applicable, and that that offered discount will not reduce any other discounts, amount of trade-in value, or other incentives, or increase any financing costs, that you would otherwise typically offer to a buyer like the user in material respects.
You further warrant that under no circumstance and in no way will you use or consent to be used any contact information you purchase to undertake the propagation of "spam" or any communication not specifically related to the particular request of the prospective car or truck buyer associated with the contact information. You will use purchased contact information only to make individualized contact with the prospective car or truck buyer only to offer to meet his stated terms of purchase. You will disclose the purchased contact information to no one.
Dynamically and Automatically Generated Market Prices
Prices for contact information of prospective buyers are dynamically and automatically generated. Prices appearing for listed bids will likely change unless purchase is made at the time the prices appear. No notice is provided before prices change. When prices change, previously appearing prices may not be honored.
All Discounts Are from Market Pricing
Discounts for contact-information purchases apply to variable and automatic market pricing. As a result, changes in market price may have increased or decreased the net present value of any such discount. A low-end discount may reflect the maximum market price.
